My Leisure Direct operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). My Leisure Direct is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Because many of the products we sell may be large, high-value, special-order, made-to-order, or shipped directly by a manufacturer or supplier, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been accepted or submitted for fulfillment.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and any product-specific or manufacturer-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply-chain conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Many products sold by My Leisure Direct are large, heavy, high-value, or shipped by freight carrier. Certain products may require scheduled delivery, curbside delivery, lift-gate service, delivery appointments, specialized handling, assembly, or installation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for being available when required by the carrier.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery and follow the procedures described in our Shipping Policy regarding visible freight damage, concealed damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies.

Responsibility for lost or damaged shipments will be determined in accordance with our Shipping Policy, applicable manufacturer or carrier procedures, and applicable law.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Manufacturer and supplier names, logos, photographs, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

My Leisure Direct is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with My Leisure Direct.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and My Leisure Direct, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with My Leisure Direct to the extent permitted by applicable law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY LEISURE DIRECT AND ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

(2) your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party; or
